Regent’s Canal, the Victorian built waterway that winds its way through the heart of Hackney, runs just behind our coffee house. Horse-drawn canal boats supplied coal to London’s gasworks, which processed the coal into gas and powered London’s street lamps.  It’s this rugged industrial past that inspired our decaffeinated coffee, though we’re using cutting-edge techniques and sustainable practices to gently process the beans. The result is a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free, but with all of the complex flavours you would expect from outstanding speciality grade beans.
