We are delighted to be hosting the first in a series of exclusive masterclasses, pairing artisanal chocolate and outstanding spirits.

You’ll be welcomed with our signature espresso martini before chocolatier & chef Annamarie will take you on a culinary tasting journey through some handpicked small-batch produced chocolates, and talking about the chocolate making process from bean-to-bar. Our head bartender will be your guide to the world-class spirits you’ll be pairing, giving you an insight into the stories behind how they came to be made. We will enlighten our palates in the most luxurious way.

Then it’s time to be chocolatiers and get a little messy. Working in pairs we will roll and coat freshly prepared ganache to create a dozen each of Chef Annamarie's decadent Espresso Martini truffles, to take home, or enjoy on the spot!

Our backdrop will be the Winter Garden room in our newly renovated venue: a former Victorian brewery with endless exposed brick walls and overflowing plantlife. After the tasting, we welcome you to slip away into the cocktail bar for more intimate evening vibes and neighbourhood chat.
