Yoga & Mindful Movement
We are hosting yoga fusion sessions in our wonderful Hanging Gardens every week. Led by the experienced Suzy Crowe, the sessions will mix traditional yoga, strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques.
Unlimited classes for £30 for your first month, £10 per session thereafter.
‘Body Being’ - Mondays 7pm
Start your week by improving body awareness to focus your breath and help release tightness and tension. Grounding exercise is combined with familiar yoga techniques to revive and reset you for the week ahead. Prepare to activate, open, strengthen, lengthen the body. By working in more detail you can realign posture and build a foundation to live life with more strength and ease.
‘Core Power’ - Thursdays 7am
This class is designed to build a strong core making it functional for daily life and enhance fitness practices. Focus, stability and balance are the key elements combined in this class, with progressive movement flows. Get ready to work hard, be challenged and enjoy challenging your body.
