What an amazing night this was with our friends at Singleton Whiskey and Secret London. The night kicked off with a gourmet three-course menu with whiskey pairings created by Calum Franklin from Holborn Dining Room and the Three whiskey cocktails were created by expert mixologist Ervin Trykowski.
What was on the menu for the night?
- Starter: The Singleton whiskey cured salmon and asparagus terrine (vegetarian option: Mediterranean vegetable terrine)
- Main: Slow cooked curried lamb shoulder, onion and potato pie (vegetarian option: curried root vegetable pie)
- Dessert: Singleton infused jelly dome suspending summer berries sat on a hazelnut ice cream and genoise sponge sandwich (made with vegetarian jelly)
