The list of mentors from Lee's formative years reads like a who's who of the culinary world, with time spent under the guidance of Tom Aitkens, Jason Atherton, René Redzepi, and the Galvin Brothers.
He is no stranger to these parts, having previously lead the highly applauded Typing Room restaurant at the Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green. More recently Lee opened Pensons in the Herefordshire countryside, achieving a one Michelin star in just 7 months.
Lee is back in East London for this one-off collaboration with his old pal's Rogues London and joining us on Sunday 22nd August for a one-off street-food style takeaway - not to be missed!
